THE 12th

 

Race Skills Clinic

Friday from 4pm to 7pm at Swasey Recreation Area. Meet up with the instructors at the Dryve Racing team area located in the event parking area. (Follow the signs for the skills clinic).

Upon arrival, you will sign in and be given your race packet for the weekend. The team will then have a brief meeting and overview of the clinic. Afterwich you will decide which group you want to go with. Groups will be limited in size of about 7 and will have two instructors per group so you will be sure to get the attention you need to take your racing skills to the next level.

After your skills clinic is over, hang out with the team for some refreshments.

Camping is available at Swasey Recreation area Friday and Saturday night. Follow the signs to the camping area. NO FIRES at Swasey Rec Area.

Packet Pickup

For everyone else that didn’t make it into the skills clinic, you can pick up your race packet Friday from 4pm to 7pm at the Fall River Brewery located at 4001 Eastside Road, Redding, CA 96001. We encourage you to sign-in and pickup your race packet at this evening so that you are not rushed to do so on the day of the race. While you are there, grab dinner from the food truck and wash it down with a delicious Fall River Brew.

Camping is available at Swasey Recreation area Friday and Saturday night. Follow the signs to the camping area. NO FIRES at Swasey Rec Area.

Cross Country Race

Located at Swasey Recreation Area. The event area will be located at the special event area located on the north side of Delano Drive. Please follow the directions of the parking attendants.

  • 8 am: Packet Pickup

  • 9:40 am: Riders Meeting

  • 10 am: Pro and Long Course racers start

  • 10:10 am: Intermediate Course racers start

  • 10:20: Short Course racers start

  • 11:30 Food and beverages will start being served.

  • Awards Ceremony
    • 1 pm - Short Course
    • 1:30 pm - Intermediate Course
    • 2 pm - Pro and Long Course

The 21st

 

Chainless Downhill Race

Located at Swasey Recreation Area. The registration and packet pickup will be in the back parking lot on Delano Drive. When you turn onto Delano Drive from Swasey, continue for .75 miles to the back parking lot where you will be instructed where to park. NO PARKING ON DELANO DRIVE.

  • 8 am-9:00 am: Packet Pickup / New Registration

  • 10:25 am: Cut off at Black Bear pass (all racers must be on the Mule Mt. Summit Trail by this time)

  • 10:50 am: Racers Meeting at the top of Mule Mt.

  • 11:00 am: Race Starts (Riders will be sent down in 1 minute increments)

  • 12:00 pm: Pizza and beer

  • 1:00ish pm Awards Ceremony and Swag Giveaway
